CSGO is using Dubai valve servers, no? You should be getting 30ms ping if you play on Dubai. Maybe you are connecting to EU servers. And yeah, BF1 is unplayable man.

Actually, I don't play competitive because of hackers. I play on faceit and sostronk with a group of friends and unfortunately I am getting high ping along of 2 friends who also are the users of stormfiber, both faceit and sostronk supports Singapore,india and European servers. Bf1 and pubg are almost same interms of ping and latency. I already have sent them a few mails but they are claiming that they already have contacted their internet provider (Transworld) regarding this issue. I am looking for some Transworld users to check their pings to confirm if its tw problem or stormfibers.

It's storm. The other day loaded up rocket league with a friend but couldn't play on Dubai because he was getting 200 there and then not even on SGP. I'm getting 80 on SGP.
There is some relief as pings of middle east and europe have been fixed but i am still getting 200 on SGP and 140 on India. On the other side, my other Internet which can be used as backup if SF is down, is giving pretty good pings. Connect is used as backup. I am literally messed up right now, Stormfiber is giving high ping on SGP and india while on other hand Connect is giving pretty good pings but tons of losses and chokes. Same. Pings of Singapore and india are now fixed. We group of a friend were spamming their customer support to fix the pings, late but great.

I've got a question here, it's kinda unrelated.
But I've got internet from a local ISP who gets bandwidth from cyber net. The pings to EU are great , 150-160. Pings to SGP were 90-100 but now they've shot up to 250 for some reason. But that's not my problem, the problem is the fact that I get horrible pings with most people in PK. Why is that?

Great question. I can easily play on DUBAI servers but in matchmaking we get sooo much hackers so i dont play MM anymore. I play faceit and sostronk, both of them supports SINGAPORE AND EUROPE. SOSTRONK supports india also because its an indian website or software. This was written for csgo. Now, lets go to PUBG, pubg supports SINGAPORE,EUROPE and South America, etc. I get about 350 ping in sgp and 250 in europe = makes it unplayable for me, if so much delay.
