Can you post the HD channel list here in the thread?

Does it affect your internet or TV in anyway if you use TV and Internet simultaneously, similar to PTCL Smart TV?

So can anyone tell me if the pings issue is resolved? I am on PTCL 8MB and their pings are great, but it keeps disconnecting so I might try StormFiber.

On BF1, I usually play on servers with 151-170 ping ratios. But trust me, StormFiber is worth it, as PTCL has shitty service to offer in the first place. Here's the score of mine on BF Hardline server with 160 ping on StormFiber.

On BF1, I usually play on servers with 151-170 ping ratios. But trust me, StormFiber is worth it, as PTCL has shitty service to offer in the first place. Here's the score of mine on BF Hardline server with 160 ping on StormFiber.

Hmm. Is that on Europe server?
Because I get like 190-250ms ping on Europe and 60-100 ping on Middle East servers on my PTCL connection.

And yes, PTCL service is terrible.

Its European, German to be specific. Look, idk how pings act up on PTCL, but as far as this StormFiber is concerned, its pretty good. Smooth downloads and uploads too at 2.6 mb/sec avg speed on 20 mbps connection. I have recently downloaded Planet Earth 2.0 from Zippyshare servers in 4K UHD in 2 hours and thats roughly amounts to 27 Gigs of raw UHD video files.

Sorry for replying late bro, no I am using their internet only and no, they aren't offering any HD Channels as of now cuz they need some updated hardware infrastructure for that to happen. What they are offering now is only Cable quality TV channels and they aren't worth it. So go for Internet only solution with at least 20 mbps speeds.

I was the first one to ask for StormFiber when they came in my area and it took them good 7-8 days during which the deployed the fiber and activated it from backend. So you must expect at least 7-14 days for that to happen. Infact I'm sending you their Sales Rep number through PM. His name is Usman, a nice guy to get all the relevant info from. For nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes my services are down. Anyone else having such problems????

As far as a person having problems with internet speeds going down to 1 megabit per sec, are you using wireless only? Test your same result with wired connection and try to use best settings for wireless connections. If wired connection resulting in same then it is the definitely problem in your router or router's fiber optic wire failing under load.
