Its actually so weird because my ping on the Asia server is 100ms and on the European server is 150-160ms, which is fine. All other pings seem alright. Its just the Dubai and India pings which have seemed to sky rocket for some reason. I called them they told me my routing was with TW and hadnt changed since I got the connection so I have no clue as to whats wrong. Any insight into this issue would help.

perform tracert command in cmd and send them the results i dont know dubai server ip address of CS GO for dota 2 its( tracert dxb.valve.net)

Anybody else experiencing high pings to Dubai (150+) and SGP (~200?).
Edit: Seem to have fixed it now.

My pings are normal but facebook is very slow especially facebook video streaming , they say its CDN issue but facebook working fine on wateen (also use transworld) and ptcl

You have a shared connection, not a dedicated one. Your connection gets shared between as many as 40 people on the core network end. International routing is dependant on TW, and StormFiber can only request resolution of issue.
Facebook's servers were not originally designed for video media, hence they struggle to keep up with the increasing amount of video media on facebook. Issue is on facebook's side. For me, twitch is also very slow - it just keeps on buffering

My pings are stable through out se asia 107-120ms , dubai 60-70ms , india(113) eu (150-170) dota 2 servers , even on peak hours only , facebook issue remain

That is weird. I called them yesterday and they were having the same high pings from their servers.

Iptv is slow and buffering is there but was fine till 5 pm
Few websites are not opening as well

It's back to 2015 when they were doing the same--high pings at peak hours.

Dear StormFiber Customers:

The wait for digital HD boxes is nearly over! StormFiber has received a limited number of next generation digital HD set top boxes. These purpose-built digital set top boxes have been outfitted with an advanced encryption chip to meet PEMRAs requirements for CAS (conditional access system). It also contains newer features such as the ability to record your favorite program on a USB stick, an electronic programming guide* and a learning remote (which learns your TV remote’s main buttons so that you just need a single remote to control the main functions of your HD box and TV).

Our teams are working hard to test and then upgrade the digital cable tv signal that is being transmitted to your homes on which these boxes will be compatible. This process should take an estimated 2 weeks and after which the new digital HD boxes will be available for general sale.

*

Based on PEMRA mandated CAS requirements, we are required to change the schedule of charges for SD [Standard Definition] and HD [High Definition] channel packages on a per set top box basis:

*

1. StormFiber will be introducing a basic SD package for PKR 300 +tax which will include just SD channels. The premium HD package will be for PKR 400 +tax and will include all SD channels as well as HD channels. These subscription rates will apply per package on each set top box basis and will go into effect on April 1, 2017.

*

2. The monthly HD channel subscription fee for the first set top box in all StormFiber triple play bundles will continue to remain bundled in the price for the triple play bundle. There is no change here: all triple play packages will include one monthly Premium HD subscription. Customers need only purchase the HD box (as in point 3 below) to activate their Premium HD subscription.

3. Each digital HD set top box will now cost PKR 4,500 inclusive of tax.

Note: The digital HD box is required to view both the basic SD and Premium HD channels.

4. Customers who have previously purchased digital set top boxes will be contacted by the StormFiber team and will be upgraded to the new digital HD box free of cost*provided they return the original set top box with remote*to a StormFiber representative or one of our office at A-26, Maqboolabad No 2, Tipu Sultan Road, PECHS, Karachi. Failure to return the set top box by March 1, 2017 will incur a charge of PKR 4,000 +tax per set top box.

5. Analogue TV service (also bundled for free with the triple play package) will remain active till such time as the PEMRA deadline or till the time that digitization goals are achieved.

Because numbers of digital HD boxes are limited, customers interested in reserving the new digital HD boxes are*strongly recommended*to record their interest by filling the form below:

We will reserve set top boxes for those who register their interest and once the transition to the CAS enabled signal is complete, the StormFiber team will contact you to complete the order. Future orders of set top boxes can be placed directly from the StormFiber portal online.

Got their email on 3rd and i applied for the box.
No updates till now the main TV scene is in their hd boxes [emoji14] analog only has 67 channels mostly Free to air ones

YESTERDAY I DID GAMING DURING PEAK HOURS PINGS WERE STABLE AS MENTIONED EARLIER I DONT KNOW WHY YOU GUYS ARE GETTING HIGH PINGS , MY CONNECTION IS IN G block johar town lahore maybe the core has low connections , (Youtube streaming , downloading , torrents all fine ) facebook was slow and some sites browing slow
