Well, I've had an account with Standard Chartered bank for about 6 months now, and I'm completely satisfied with their services. My debit card works online, and on those few places where it doesn't (Google Play etc.), I end up using EntroPay, to which I load funds from my debit card, without any issues.
Also, their online banking is pretty neat, unlike the finicky interfaces of other banks' websites.

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform.Then they cry that console gaming is dying.
