You have seriously got to be kidding me man. Comparing the iOS and its Appstore to WinMo or Symbian? I never said all the 1 BILLION apps are unique, but yeah they do everything wayyyy better. Trying a demo for a while and owning the device for personal use makes all the difference. iOS >>>> Symbian ANY day. Symbian had its days of glory, but they are long since over. I remember when I used to add shit load of apps on my Nokia 6600 and such.

I have an iMate JAM and SOny Ericsson P910i which im willing to sell it to anyone who wants it... the functionality of the iPhone/Ipod Touch just can't be beaten.

No offence but most of the people i've come across are pretty amused with "useful" apps such as Electric Shaver or Drinking Beer. q[-_-]p

I have an iphone at home,i prefer the 5800.

It's a shame that a device that costs so much didn't initially uptil recently have basic features like sms forwarding,marking messages and bluetooth file sending nonetheless no flash support in it's browser.It's like Crysis,it looks sweet and all but it doesn't top Modern Warfare in terms of gameplay and coming back to topic since the guy has mentioned No Iphone so i think it'd be better to keep the iphone love aside here. :p

another example would be a chick who looks like a supermodel but has no brains.

im using mine since june, (warranty just started 17 days ago :p ) and my phone is completely a-ohkay. no probs at all :)

Those are AGEESS old stuff!

P910 and JAM .. 3-4 hazar ki worht kay phone ko 10 times more costly phone ki functionality say compare ? Kia chah raha hai bhai ? Atleast I demoed partly comparable phones rather than picking up an iMate JAM against an iPhone. The JAM sucks balls compared to the functionality of even an HTC Touch, which is pretty old now as well.

Pick up a WinMo 6.1 cellphone or something running Symbian UIQ 3. Every other type of application you can imagine is already available on these phones.. Just google "PPC apps" or "WinMo apps".

Oh and ive been on the AppStore ... Top 10 in every page is just stupid aiwne stuff ... or applications to add functioanlity which these phones come with already. Top 10 Productivity Apps include stuff like notes and task managers and reminders n document editors. These WinMo and Symbian come packed with this stuff. Poora MS Office, notes, task managers, to do lists, sms readers ... blah blah blah!

The only thing I see where iPhone has an edge is games, but with THAT price ... I might as well get a PSP :\

These are some pretty neat apps, and also there are tons of games.
Remember, once jailbroken, all apps can be free (If you use your head)

Its not a bad phone..and it does deserve the hype. (A bit over-ratted, but its apple :p)

@Topic: Buy the 5800, good phone. The only bad thing is that it does not have apps and games like the iphone, and the touch screen is not as responsive (But good enough)

100 people who have used the phones themselves rate it on this site have a look.Apart from that it's sold over 3 million in 4 months that is the best figure in the history of Nokia.If someone's visited UK recently he'd tell you that everyone has one and please before i could've said anything about it's reliability people have already spoken.

Its overpriced yaar...even I agree to that. Given the choice, even i'd get the Nokia 5800. But if I can't afford it doesn't mean it sucks :p

OP, Nokia 5800 seems like the best choice. Go for it already...

well ..........i donno if its true or not but...... who ever i ask about 5800........he talks negative about it ......even the users!!!
they never recommend the phone.......

n move on with 5800 now its gettting OLD!!
there r some new ones coming ......
w8 4 them instead!!!

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
