[SOLVED] Smartphone 15k range

still a clear NO for LG unless you are planning to upgrade shortly (within 6-12 months) from any LG to any other cell phone. Use google to find out common hardware fault in LG devices specifically related to Digitilizer (touch screen). It is not related to any specific model , it is a Manufacturing error.
you'd lucky .. if you get a LG and wont loose your screen.

Older batch of Ultra can be bootloader unlocked. Though its a pain in the *** if you ever want to revert back to Older rom version. like from 5.0.2 > 4.4 .
Anyway get the LG G2 instead. They are available for 15-16K these days for Verizon and Sprint version. My cousin bought it 3 days ago for 16K. Best value for the money by far.

Dunno what Screen problem you're referring to. Never faced such problem so far. Have been using G2 for 8 Months now. Also have a Optimus G which is 2 years old and still works like a charm.

when I say display problem .. it means "Dead Pixel" (with or without black spot). An area on screen will not respond to the touch.
an area .. could be a minor pixel , a dot , an alphabet size area , equal to a coin or could be straight line.

Z1 is nowhere to be found @ 16K. Atleast not in a good condition anyway.

yeah you are correct but if you want save you mobile then don't upgrade it to lollipop. and you will get xperia z1 in 16k or maybe 17k in good condition in star city mall.
Xperia z with box is 17k while z1 kit only is 16 or 17k .
