AOA. I want to get a suggestion regarding the r9 390. should i buy msi r9 390 or sapphire nitro r9 390 tri x and also is it good to spend 39k on them :/ Also will it run properly on corsair 650w psu ?

650W psu will do the job. Go for Sapphire Tri X. What are the rest of your pc specs?

yes gtx 970 draws way less power then the r9 390 but r9 390 specs are way above then the 970. for that reason I am thinking of that.
go for nvidia gtx 970 today games are well optimize for nvidia and driver support from nvidia are also good compare to stupid amd driver which was full of bugs

R9 390 is a lot better than the 970 and cheaper.
970 and 390, both are good performer. But But R9 390 really have a good advantage over 970 that is Vram. AMd offering 8GB vram it is doubled. also Bandwidth is alot higher 512mb comparing to 970. But 390 is latest so you do face the Driver un-optimization issues as always. it will improve afterward.

Go for the sapphire 390, the 390 performs better than the 970 and is cheaper here too, also it has better direct x 12 support, so it will be good for the future

yes it is highly worth of the price and best in performance in this range. beats 970
corsair 650W will be enough.
