Section of school for kids

Can anyone please help us to select a school with normal fee and good education?
And what is fee for bloomfield hall school and the city school ? we live in lahore near johar town.
We have 3 kids. They'll go to classes 3, 1 and nursery .
We can't afford fee like 8000 10000 etc. 4000 to 5000 is affordable.
We need good environment, cooperative staff, good studies with qualified teachers.
Is there any school with same qualities in normal range fee?

i also live in johar town and fee of city school is above ur range .. bloomfied hall in D block is same as other school like amercian lyceum n lycetuff .. try the punjab school but their admission is closed now .. new classes will start next week .... my both daughters are studyin in american lyceum ... their educatioon is like average ... all private schools are in rip off spree .. thy start with 5500 but if u argue wth them thy comes down as low as 2000 .. educaters .. the spirit school .. the smart school n allied school are pathetic ones .. all are franchised .. i heard american lycetuff in pia road is good but never tried it cux i ll switch them to the punjab school ..
