[SOLVED] Samsung Note 3 Battery Problem

I have a samsung note 3, problem is its battery has starting to die very quickly even when not using infact specialy when not using it dies soo quickly just last night(1 am) it was around 40% next at 5am when i woke up it was finished i wake up with alarm but for few days battery dries up before alarm, anyways what seems to be the problem it started all of sudden what to do? is it the battery? do i have to do a factory reset?

Its a very old phone now, change the battery. Although you wont find original in local market so most probably you will face battery problem frm now.

I want to factory reset it and then check, i downloaded samsung kies to backup contacts, pics etc but its not working i mean it shows its connecting all the time after like 10 to 15 minutes it shows a message"device not responding reboot" i rebooted it like thirce but still not working i want to back up the data before factory reset what to do? how to backup other then kies?

DUDE GET A NEW BATTERY.

The factory reset was not needed. Faced the same issue with my Note 3 last year but at that time I was travelling and was in fairy meadows though that the extreme cold weather was culprit and my cell was constantly getting drained of battery even when plugged in to a power bank and later found out that the battery was the main issue so it's the same with you I think.

Thanks to murtaza12 Issue solved flashed Full stock ROM 5.0 battery is not draining in idle mode doesnot drop even for one point for hours yes its still drain little fast when using but i guess its normal, any suggestions(apps etc) to stop that too or is it normal any ways thanks again to murtaza12 issue solved.
