Sagemcom F@st 1704 Port Forwarding Help

Hi Guys,
I have a Sagemcom F@st 1704 PTCL ADSL2+ Wifi Router and i wanted to forward port on the modem but i dont understand its 1 step. I done all the steps successfully but there is an option where it ask to enter Server IP Address. and this is the place where i am stuck now and i dont know what server ip will be used here.. is this asking for my PC ip which its connected with Modem ? like 192.168.1.1 is the modem home page so its reserved for it. so when i open my pc my pc some times gets 192.168.1.2 sometimes 192.168.1.4..etc so i wanted to open port for dark souls. so i dont wanna change and do port forwarding again and again.. to change the ip.but if i tick Always use current LAN IP Address as server IP Address. its uses 192.168.1.1. so i m not that expert in this. so i m posting the pic also see and help me pls :)

y dont u use port forward.com
it has guides for almost all famous games for pc/ps3 nd xbox
it has guides too!!
well as far has server addres goes!!
first assign ur pc/ps3 or xbox a static ip the use that as a server then port forward a particular game!!..=D..

Looks like this is going to be a hard job. But will try it.
As i said in the first post i get always different ip as i have the modem on and wifi connected with mobiles so its not the same ip always and if i ise the static ip then it will going to conflict ?

Just assign static ip and and then done port fwd using that ip.

    Online session is enabled for UBL. I have an active subscription with my NayaPay card (it is already added to Google Payment Methods).

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
