Router Suggestion

Please suggest a good Budget Router for my following requirement:

1. Total 6 to 8 devices will be connected at same time. One PC, PS4, Smart TV, CCTV DVR, Two to three mobiles/Tablet.
2. I have ground plus one story house and router will be placed on 1st floor in center of house.
3. I am using CONNECT internet service through their Fiber PON and speed is around 9 to 10 mbps.So it should support PPTP/Russia PPTP.
4. Online gaming on PC and PS4 is must.
5. I will prefer to buy Router from local shops in Karachi but can arrange it from AMAZON USA too.
6. Router should have both bands i.e. 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz and have strong coverage along with USB port for media sharing etc.
7. My range is between 10k to 13k.

Waiting for your feedback/suggestions and experiences.

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
