I am one of the guys with 92XX downstream. This gives me a download speed of 1 MB in IDM and 920 to 950 kbps in Torrents.

Guys i m having issues with PTCL internet since morning ! The line stats seems to be okay but the ping is all over the place .. downloads are also abit slow but browsing/gaming is really affected . Anyone facing issues of similar nature? I m on 4mb internet package

Slow browsing + high pings + impossible streaming. Becomes fine around 23:00.
I don't think it's cause of the fire incident because this started after the announcement of the '8Mb for the price of 4Mb' promotion.

Give them sometime i guess...i'm having same issues even though i've never had any issues with PTCL since their foray into Broadband. Im on an Unlimited 8MB connection but really getting crappy inconsistent speeds.

Guys remember to ask throughly when upgrading to the 8mb package because apparently my package was updated but after my complaints that it was giving the same 4mb speed they said apparently your"phone was not upgraded" and I'm like couldn't you have told me that a week ago. So today finally it was resolved but still getting 600 kbps download on 8mb.

Currently I am subscribed to two mb Internet package with national calls package. My bill usually is 26-2700.
I want 4 mb intenet package in place of two mb. How much can I expect increment in bill.
