i brought my dell inspiron 5520 i5 on 20th july brand new from galaxy and jst a few hours ago it is nt booting up! the problem is that whn i connect the ac adaptor to the laptop, the light on adaptor turns off! i tried booting wthout the battery but same problem! plz help i am soo worried its a brand new laptop :O
galaxy will open on monday so till then advice me wat to do..

Bro seems to me you are having a hard drive issue, courropted registry might be an issue to. I suggest you to fresh install windows and check if the problem persist.

heyy,,, my pc doesnt boot at times,, only the yellow light on the cpu stays on, no red light. what could be the problem? PSU or motherboard? Btw when it does boot it runs fine,, plus, rarely, it also reboots multiple times...My specs are: Core i3 2120, SATA 500gb, Corsair 4gb 1333mhz, radeon 7850 2gb, dh61ww, psu: FSP 500W. I bought this psu a year ago, it was used...I ve tried to resolve the issue by unplugging everything, but nothing works . Please help

Hello PG. I have just bought a ATI Radeon 6750 without any knowledge if it would fit into my PC casing and came to know about PSU's later so now I know that my Acer Aspire X3900's casing is to small to get the GPU to fit in and the PSU was a Chincony 220W and I'm using a Nvidia 310 which is a low profile GPU and needs a minimum of 400W PSU to work so I think the load on my PSU is quiet less so was thinking to change the casing and PSU will it do any help?

salam friends ... can some one help me .. i need battery's for nvidia 3d vision wireless glasses .. i had tried battery's which i bought from local store .. but when i put them in glasses and charge them they get over charged and next day they don't work probably dead...Original battery's which were in 3d glasses have some kind of very small chip on it which stops it from over charging... now can some one help me where can i get theses kind of battery's ???????

Use a bloeer and hairdryer to get the moisture out of the hardware and their connectors... And keep me updated. Don't use the hairdryer on high power as heat damages hardware...

To run 6750 you need at least[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] [/FONT]450 Watt with 6-pin connector. So it will be wise to change your PSU and card it self isn't that much big so you can go for any ATX mid tower casing.

Does your PC freeze or suddenly shut down??? I had freezing issues with my PC once and problem was with HDD connector.

i have hp compaq 6720s and problem is that when i plug in power adapter it shows charging for few minutes and then on ac power although battery is not charged 100% if i plug out and plug in the charger again it then again starts charging

^These kinds of problem usually involve charger or battery problem. Just check with another piece of charger.

Believe me living in Pakistan requires a good PSU. I've heard many burn problems due to electricity in Pakistan so I'll advice you to at least go for CM Extreme II 525W PSU as it will be wise considering any future upgrade.
But if you still want to go with that 1K pSU just check [FONT=Verdana, Tahoma, Nimbus Sans L, arial, sans-serif]availability of [/FONT]75W 6-pin PCI Express in it.

I live in Sultanate of Oman so there are no voltage fluctuations or any type of load shedding here so is the 1K good? The computer shop guys tell me not to change the body and PSU as changing PSU might kill the motherboard and changing the body will make my computer shatya-anash , so what do I do now?

There are Converter Packs available in the market which contain:
1) Power Cable
2) Sata/IDE to USB converter

Since the HDD will be needing a Power Source, a Power Cable is needed to power the HDD up from a AC Socket. The Converter will be used to connect the HDD to PC.

Its a little messy because of wires and may seem too much hassle to connect the HDD to PC, but it works. These packs are cheap and can be found usually in 150-200 price bracket.

so ur current psu fulfills this requirement at par.
