The uploader seems to be from Middle East since he claimed he has slow uploading speed. It was released in ME last night so i am sure it is legit. It is in GOD format.

All game is on a single disc, yes!

Edit: Just checked and the uploader is from Bahrain.

I wouldn't know what extension to keep an eye out for while downloading x360 games, you might know better. But this uploader can be trusted. I noticed some torrents are no longer available. You'll have a lot of issues with seeds though.
