Hey... So I've a request that if possible, can embedding tweets feature be added on the forums? E.g code taken from twitter embed tweet option

- Is it possible to enable "Center, Left, Right" on Embedded tweets?
- Is it possible to disable "images" on embedded tweets? (Copying the "ID" From address bar enables images automatically)
- Facebook videos also not working. How come?

I don't think so, because that alignment feature was available previously but now tweeter has removed it. regarding facebook videos, well it's a issue with the facebook! I tried on few other sites as well and they all are throwing some weird privacy content shitty errors.

Don't think its possible because those are part of tweets itself.

If you check the "Embed Tweet" option at twitter, you'll notice a button which says "Include Media" ... something like that.

If Checking/Unchecking that can add/remove the images then i am sure there is a way.

Plus, the way PG has implemented this feature with BBCodes, may not make use of that "Include Media" feature, but technical staff may know better.

Those include media pictures are tweets themselves with option to include text like in a normal tweet. That's why I said I don't think it will be possible.

PG twitter plugin is grabbing the HTML embed code itself from the twitter api, we're giving it the tweet id no which it is resolving.

Anyways, why you wanna remove them attachments?

Because text loaders faster. I thought if we could remove images, it'd help load a page faster.

Not due to PG. Sometimes the request isn't resolved by twitter (at client end) so because of it they don't load.
