i ordered a mic stand from them
the courier was unable to deliver it to my home since it was out of his way so i had to go and collect it however i did get my item on time irrespective of that
they have their own couriers and office in ISL not sure about other cities

What kind of a bullshit excuse is that on part of the courier! Out of the way? It's his JOB to make your way become THE way!

i would complain but it was one of their own couriers rather than a companys courier so it wouldn't matter anyway

I suggest you get the phone from the market instead of online.
Much safer that way.
