RAM help.

So I was thinking of a little RAM upgrade. These ones caught my eye :-
IAMEXTREME.NET - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) in Pakistan
andIAMEXTREME.NET - G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) in Pakistan
but they say 'Specifically designed for Sandy Bridge CPUs', while mine is a first-gen i3 and my mobo only supports DDR3 1333 RAM :|
will they even work with my system? or will the performance won't be that good?

If your mobo support Triple channel than go for it other wise dual channel mention system specs for better response....

according to ur system....ur system will support dual channel and u will feel the difference in gaming and benchmarks....
due to tighter latency rates and quicker loading of apps

First of all, forget about triple channel one.

Secondly, why would you upgrade from 4gb ram to 4gb ram, that too of same speed (even if latency is lower)?

Thirdly, forget about ram, spend that money to upgrade your GPU.

And if you still want only 4gb dual channel ram that's better than your current one, then Corsair Vengeance Low Profile dual channel kit (DDR3 1600) available at Galaxy for Rs.3,300 is a better deal in my opinion.

Ok, I'm a noob at this all >.>
That DP55WB page I linked, it says "DDR3 1600 or higher memory support on this motherboard requires compatible XMP enabled memory or advanced knowledge of BIOS and manual memory tuning. Individual results may vary."
So I won't have any problems if I get the Corsair one you mentioned right? And right now I'm a little tight on budget so can't think of getting a GPU, I plan to upgrade the GPU and PSU together next month.

trust me dont waste ur money on the ram there's no point in upgrading it at this point. if u have cash to spare get a better gpu. after that next aim should be cpu upgrade, then finally ram.
