Question about Pakistan customs: receiving items sent from USA

My brother, who lives in the USA, intends to send the following items for my parents:

1.A sequential compression device (its an FDA approved medical device)
2.A set of resistance bands for physiotherapy, although I these are better described as exercise equipment
3.An orthopedic pillow for cervical support

I have no idea what Pakistan customs will do to these items. Will they get through? Do I need to talk to someone, email someone? Do I need any documentation? Will I need to pay customs?

Basically, I know absolutely nothing about this! Any help is deeply appreciated.

Only the compression device might be subjected to custom charges, most probably would lie under electronics category. I see no problems for the other two. You'll be notified when they come to Pak. And no documentation is needed.
