PTCL vDSL - Good Speed & Ping but slow browsing..

Speed Test shows that i'am getting around 19 Mbps speed ( on 20 Mbps connection ) but whenever i use Facebook it takes a lot of time to load stuff such as pictures & videos. I'am also experiencing problems in online games such as FIFA Mobile. I also tested facebook ping from cmd but the results are fine. So where is the problem?

I thought that it might be problem from facebook's end so i changed from PTCL to Zong 4G and then i experienced no slow browsing + the game's multiplayer was fine too.

Change your DNS. I've been having browsing issues lately as well, Google DNS or Level3's DNS work fine for me.

Was playing borderlands 2 last night when everything died at 3-ish am. Any idea what the fuck happened?
I can play tf2 rn without disconnecting, in game pings are stable but I cant use discord just wtf, it just gets stuck on the loading screen asdfghk chrome takes forever to load pages >A< dont see any deterioration in my line stats either

But yeah PTCL is down and has been for a while now. No ETA on when it'll be fixed.

i am also having the same problem, i am from Peshawar, maybe this is a problem with PTCL, i am having alot of problems in multiplayer games

I was already using google DNS, i turned it off but still same problem, i will try Level3

as i am typing this the webpages seems to load faster again maybe its fixed i will check online games

it worked good from approx. 6 to 8AM now it is not working again
