I keep telling these dumbfs that its a routing issue but they keep on sending the technician to my house. How the F is the technician supposed to fix a routing issue at my house? Are they retard? Im really frustrated and they keep on closing my ticket without fixing the damn issue. In KSA all i had to do was send my isp traceroutes and they would end up fixing the issue but the idiots at PTCL don't know crap about networking. Someone please tell me how do i make them fix their unstable garbage routing? Even the technical department doesn't know crap about routing. Im so tired of their bs. Didn't play Rainbow 6 for a week and im about to hit platinum.

Same situation here ! i have complained about routing issue as well. And i have been getting calls from their linemen asking " NET TO ON HAI BHAI AP KA". Try a PAID vpn service and connect it to any EU based server, you`ll see an improvement in pings. This is what i did.

Though i am following up in this issue. But PTCL`s technical staff does not know anything. You could alternatively talk with the guy who handles the following Twitter account

Their Twitter support is as useless as 1218. I tried killping it lowered my ping but i was still experiencing lag spikes. Im currently using WTFast and its working great. But its pathetic that i have to pay for a VPN despite being provided service by Pakistans largest ISP (PTCL). PTCLs level of service is just way below for todays standards. Even Mobily in KSA which is the second best ISP after STC provided me exceptional support and service which was billion times better than PTCLs trash service. Its a shame that PTCL is still providing service through old unstable copper wires to around 80% of the customers while in KSA almost all urban areas were covered by 100% Fiber optic network either by STC or Mobily.

btw I play on Asian servers and despite such short distance i get 200-300ms ping. Back in KSA i used to get 55-80ms to EU and 140-170ms to East US with both my dsl and ftth connections. So distance is not an excuse which PTCLs ignorant staff makes whenever i call them.

How much reduction in ping you see while using WTFast ? . I am using "ExpressVpn" and pings are reduced from 300 to 140-150ms. On static IP (182 pool) , pings were perfectly alright since 2 months. Its just from last week this spike has happened.

My ping went from 200ms+ to around 90-120ms on asian servers. Do you play Rainbow 6 too?

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
