I keep telling these dumbfs that its a routing issue but they keep on sending the technician to my house. How the F is the technician supposed to fix a routing issue at my house? Are they retard? Im really frustrated and they keep on closing my ticket without fixing the damn issue. In KSA all i had to do was send my isp traceroutes and they would end up fixing the issue but the idiots at PTCL don't know crap about networking. Someone please tell me how do i make them fix their unstable garbage routing? Even the technical department doesn't know crap about routing. Im so tired of their bs. Didn't play Rainbow 6 for a week and im about to hit platinum.
