Ptcl speed Issues

Is it me or anyone else is facing the same problem as i am
I am getting 2mb speed on a 4mb ptcl broadband pakage
WTH is going on
P.s: I am paying 4mb internet charges

Complaint krwao. Mjhe b issue hai k jb smart tv chlta to 2 mb n jb bnd to 4mb cox of copper .. Mera num fibre optic ni isliye. Ap conplaint krwao 1218 pr n unki jaan khajao.. Thn thek hona.

I dont think so. Coz on 4mb m getting under 2mb most of the.time from last 2weeks. sometimes 1mb

Quite the contrary, PTA itself is a dysfunctional department whose CPD staff are incompetent. Anyways, lets leave that argument, OP can try PTA if he wants to.

Fucking ptcl service...
I have 8 mb and getting 4mb speed. Sometime it works fine but most of the time it is down to 4 mb.

Exchange people saying that our coper wire infrastructute is so old that in most casea it can't be able to handle 8 mb.

So complain on 1218 and tell them about there bad line infrastructure. Complain and complain again untill they start listning you.

Mere pas be same issue ara hai since start of SEP 2014. Complain ke to exchange walon ne kaha ke submarine cable cut hogaye hey is liye speed ka issue poore PAK mein hai. My package is 4 Mb and getting 1 Mb speed most of the time but its not line issue as I have used 8 Mb connection as well on the same line and easily gotten 900 KB/sec. BTW I'm on ONU!
