Well this is how i fixed my ping issues with PTCL.
As you know we get random ip from few like (1-3) different ip pools. For example sometimes i get ip from 39.x.x.x, sometimes from 182.x.x.x and sometimes from 119.x.x.x.
Okay now the funny thing is even in the 39.x.x.x ip pool u there are ips with good and bad routing to your gaming server ip. My point is the same pool will give you 300+ ms and
sometimes with some luck with same ip pool you will get below 200ms.

So now lets talk about solution, i'm using internet from like 2004 if i remember correctly, in my experience only good solution not perfect but good solution is to buy a vpn and find 2 servers which give you lowest ping. 1 for bad ptcl routing wali ip and 1 for good ptcl routing wali ip and you can cut off like 20-30ms even with good routing wali ptcl ki ip. and would suggest you to get Cyberghost VPN as i have used it for many years and its pretty reliable and cheap imo.
Still same ping, fix it please, we know that you're a PTCL employee, how else can you "ask someone to check out our issue", you just don't want to get hated on which is fine, just fix our damn shit please. The only reason I stil have LLLL (PTCL) internet is because there are no other ISPs in my area
True, PTCL is the only option in my area as well. It's miserable and probably the most annoying company for internet. If there was some other internet provider in my area then I would have gotten rid of this shitty PTCL long time ago.

anyway, please share the traceroute to that IP and at that time also in google type what i my IP and share that as i'm getting 60 ms now on that IP.
Sorry, I gave you the wrong IP address earlier. I play my Fortnite the most and they use Amazon servers and the server on which I play all the time is located in Singapore and it's IP address is 52.94.11.98. The other server on which I have to play with my friends who live abroad is located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU) and it's IP address is 52.94.17.134. I have shared the tracert to both servers down below and for the record I thought that I should tell you that I used to get 100-130 ping on the Singapore server and 160-190 ping on the Frankfurt server. Also, I randomly checked my ping to www.pakgamers.com and idk how much it should be but I've also shared that below. I use PTCL 6MB VDSL connection. I used to have better ping on a 4MB ADSL connection. My IP is 39.33.191.XXX

Please check now and share fresh feedback. I have got info that they improved it just now for Singapore.
I haven't checked the trace route yet but I did check the ping in game and it is good now. 134 on Singapore and 235 on Frankfurt so it is a major improvement
Further update, ping to Singapore servers this morning was around 125-140 and ping to Europe was 165-180 which is really good but just about an hour ago my internet has completely stopped working. The DSL light and Internet light on my modem is off. I contacted the helpline but they're saying that it's a backend issue. I fear that they have intentionally cut off my internet because it has already happened to me twice before. They cut my internet off because I refused to close my complaint about the high ping issue.
They never cut my internet even if i refuse to close my complaints, they just close it by themselves even though my issue doesn't get fixed which is pathetic.
I have evidence now that the people from ptcl have intentionally stopped my Internet. The DSL and Internet lights on my modem are off and also my land-line has no dial tone right now. I texted the technician of my area and he admitted that people from the exchange have cut our connection because we weren't closing our complain but the thing is that our problem only got solved the same day that they cut our connection off (Saturday). I have screenshots and I have linked them below, read them if you don't wanna take my word for it. Khul-e-aam badmashi kar rahay hain PTCL walay.
