i want to know how to get admin user pass for zte f660 ONT.
the user / user doesnt have all the options to make a new connection.

You should've ask the guys who installed it. If you go to the exchange and ask nicely, they might give it to you.

The way I got mine was because I asked for VOIP and SmartTV to be enabled on my ONT, and while they enabled it from the backend, ONT needed configuration which couldn't be done through the user access credentials they gave me.
So since it was Sunday, they told me I had to wait till Monday or Tuesday for a GPON competent guy to come and configure it.

Luckily the contractor who is somewhat tech savvy was there at the time, and he called up the exchange and asked if they could give us the admin password so the customer could configure it manually. Reluctantly, they agreed and since then I've had the admin login with way more options on my ONT than the standard user account has.

No it's not. They use Alcatel Lucent equipment in Bahria Phase 1, I tried sending the username and password to my friend in Phase 3 who has the ZTE ONT and it obviously doesn't work cause they're from completely different vendors.

yes that could be the problem, i have zte in dha sector F.
