PTCL died today along with other ISP

anyone know what happened today
my theory is someone ddosed the ptcl data servers

Reports suggesting that the optical fiber cables broken at near Hub area I think.
But I' Pee-TCL user and it's working pretty fine though I'm noticing PIA website;

Major breakdown because of cut in the optic fiber cable. Outage of most ISPs and Cellular net proved they also depending on PTCL's infrastructure. Restoration of service started in different parts.

wow i am pretty amazed how lines underground got damaged like that all of a sudden
well its working fine for me now

35% have been effected and work is in progress. Restoration should take 2 days approx to get to full speed.
