PTCL Broadband 8Mbps Low Line Parameters but Good SNR. Why?

Salam. I have been facing a weird issue with my PTCL 8Mbps connection. I have good SNR margins but I am getting low line parameters. My line parameters have become stuck on Downstream 6908 and Upstream 822. I have registered a complaint but after 3 days still nobody has visited. The Broadband guy called and tried to make me downgrade my connection but that is not the solution. Can somebody help me what might be the issue? I am attaching a screenshot of my line stats.

The problem is you're still using ptcl. Switch to 4g already. PTCL is for suckers.

Lol. That is true but there is one major problem with 4G: the data limit. I normally consume around 400 GB per month so 4G just wont work for my needs.

Actually its other way around. 4G is for kids. Pro users take more 1TB.

Modem. I changed mine from an old FiberHome router to newer one with same design. Both were provided by PTCL.
