[SOLVED] PSN NAT Type Error (Stormfiber)

So I have been using stormfiber for nearly 6 months now. No issues till today.

Suddenly PSN won't connect and I am getting NAT type failed.

I have changed DNS to 8.8.8.8 and secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4. I also noticed another issue, when trying to connect to PSN from my PC , PSN would give me the connection timed out message but the moment I turned on VPN it signed in normally.

Has anyone had this issue. I have already emailed stormfiber helpdesk. Hopefully this is a one of case and not IP side issue.

Email [email protected] and tell them about the issue. Had this a few months ago too and they fixed it pretty quick for me.

Issue resolved:

All you have to do is take a picture of the test connection page and email it to [email protected]

They will email you back requesting you to test again. If it still doesn't work they will forward it to network operations. The issue was resolved within 24hrs.
