Hello fellow PGers,

Came back to the site after a while and with a question. My brother is asking me to bring PS4 for him. I want to know if it is feasible to bring it from outside Pakistan or buy it from there new.
Do I have to get it modified in any way to use it.

Get It From there and No You Don't need to modify it in anyway. But If it's Around 42k then it's better to buy it from here.

Thanks for the reply, I remember had to get the ps3 modded to run pirated games or was that just bullcrap.

There isn't any sort of mod released for the PS4 to date. So original disc/digital content will only work with it.

PS3 has been hacked for a while now, including the slim ones.

What about the games, since I can only run original games, what's the price for them, the ps store doesn't leave any chance to rip you off, what about local shops.

depends which country you will be buying it from.


i was in dubai and bought it on offer for 40k with 3 games and 2 controllers.


if i were you i would prefer buying it from outside paksitan. as ones sold here are not reliable and might not be sealed.

I think the current price for a ps4 only without any games is around £250 which almost equates to 40k, thanks for the advice guys. Will go ahead and buy it from here.
