Due to Limit Budget for build, processor is limited.
I plan to buy a 24 inch led monitor, a computer table, speaker, headphone, mouse and keyboard along with the PC. so i have set Rs. 20K for them.
Due to limited budget, i decided to look at i3-10100, i7 4th gen rather then i5-6th or 7th gen. in used.
watching the gaming test including Fortnite on i3- 10100 without GPU i was shocked. Fortnite on low setting, giving the same fps as i get on my i3-3220 desktop.( this is my work station at home)
Since i cant find i5-10400 in used, i cant buy it.
but someone said to check ryzen out and I found GPU is needed to run the display except in g models.
This PC build is for gaming, school work, and rest of the stuff, family can use for. one of the gaming is Fortnite.
recommend me shops or sellers in Karachi.
I looked at ryzen 5 3600 but i cant get in my budget.
Should i consider Ryzen or Intel.
I plan to buy GPU in future, if future decided to bring the prices down. These are what I'm considering if i can find good price n good seller. gtx 570 4gb or rx 560-580.
once bought i have no plan to upgrade, except ram and purchase a gpu.

a shop offered Ryzen 3 2200g with A320m 8gb ddr4 120 SSD, 500 HDD normal case 500w 80+ psu. i don't need SSD so i will have that removed. he also offered 1600x for Rs. 5000/- more but then i need to get GPU with it.
Another shop is offering i3-10100 with few mobo option (h410 , b365 and b460) 8gb ram ddr4 500hdd, normal case 550w 80+ psu, the cost is around Rs. 5000-7000 over then the ryzen 2200g
I saw a another youtube channel who compared 2200g vs 10100 and with GPU 10100 was better but without GPU 2200g was better.
