first I have a core i3 laptop. Is that strong enough for me to play sf 4 or whatever you guys are playing?
also, can someone give me a Step by step intro on how to set up games on steam as well as how I am supposed to pay and stuff? I have no debit/credit cards. Are those necessary? :3

well all you need is money. if you don't have debit card. you can purchase it from any online store with PayPal... if your laptop GPU is pretty strong to play USF than go buy it....Hey guys. I really wanna play too

first try to play cracked version so you may know what is your laptop performance before going paid...
