Phone battery life get affected by local brand charger use? Please comment

AoA All,

I wanted to discuss about Phone`s battery life. If charged with some charger/Adopter with some local brand. Are there any chances that it may effect battery life of the phone?
Samsung S5 phone and charger brand SAMSANG.
As i am going through this scenario and have searched Quora

I've used knock-off chargers in the past, usually no issues with battery life. They just have inconsistent charging speeds and if they're really cheap, will stop working a lot quicker than an OEM charger would.

vulnerable cable effects phone more than a bad charger, inconsistent flow of current can cause damage to Phone Charging IC which might make phone dead in worst case. I have lost 2 Motorola phone because of local cable and chargers.

If you can buy thousands rupees worth of phone why not spend couple of bucks more on branded charger and cable? In most cases they cost under 1500, Try branded cables and chargers from Aukey, Anker, Tronsmart, Baseus etc and you will feel difference in charging speed as well as temperature stays cool during charging.

Ji bhai use high quality Cables and chargers, normally chargers and cables that came with original box are of good quality.

I once checked a cheap Samsung charger with usb tester and it was giving 6.5V instead of 5.
