dunno, could be the case with the guy who i am paying, BUT HEY WHAT THE HELL, ITS 4MBPS, I LOVE IT. LOL
Guys this is what im getting on PTCL's 2mb (NOt upgraded to 4mb yet)... at 4am.
But I get only 50kbps to 75kbps throughout the day... Is it me or everyones getting the same shitty speed...

So far quite satisfied. Not too happy with streaming since youtube refuses to use up more than half my bandwidth which makes watching 720p videos almost impossible in real time. I'm paying 1000 a month with my uncle paying the other 1000, not too bad a deal.
