Looking for cheap 65inch lcd. Will play ps4 on it. I have a non pro version so 4k would be good but not mandatory. Dont need a smart tv. it should be just a normal lcd with basic functions. any brand chinese but good quality and minimum 1 year warranty. Any recommendations?
the cheapest 55 i found was on daraz on hbl sale for 49k (orient). But i am looking for 65inch (clones and local assembled are ok as well)
can someone guide me what is the best price i can get for a 65inch model with above specs?

so i just checked olx and found some malaysian (fake samsung) models of 60inch selling for around 48k to 50k. dont know if they have warranty or no. But its written that it has A+ panel. Dont know if they are ok to use and are worth it? And how actually do these compare to the branded chinese leds like (changong ruba, orient, haier, etc)
Dark Sith your advice will be appreciated

waiting for review bro!
Sorry, I did not get the time to reply. I am listing some high level points and will happily answer any other Qs related to C6 (49'')

- Setup: 49 inch hooked to external sound system and PS4 Pro - Average viewing distance is about 8-10ft.

- Price: I got it for 93k

- Looks: It looks stunning, I have a high end LG and it does not even compare to the way this TCL looks, mine is not mounted, the top part is really thin and it look great in the room, the TCL logo in the middle lights up in standby, the sound bar adds to the overall presence of the tele.

- Sound: This tele has an integrated sound bar at the bottom that supports Dolby Digital. Although it is louder than any other tele I compared to in this price bracket, don't expect wonders specially in the bass department - I have mine hooked to a Pioneer amp and 5.1 setup with Active sub, works well with that without any issues.

- Software: While Android TV offers allot, it does exactly that, jack of all trades and master of none. Its laggy at times, the reponse from the remote to the actual UI can at time be super laggy (this was better with the phone as the remote). But overall Android UI is glitchy at worst and alright at best, chrome cast is a hit or miss (I don't have it on a wired connection), NEtflix through the tele works fine but sometimes it does not trigger Dolby/DTS output through the amp. For me this is not a biggie, I use all apps through my PS4 Pro which works without any issues, 4k support is fine, HDR10 is enabled where its compatible.

-Display:

The most important piece for a TV, let me highlight the cons first: backlight bleed, I expected this due to the low cost and this is visible when nothing is being played on the TV (but it is significant), and also in super dark HDR movies etc, the brightness in HDR content leaves room for improvement, however with manual advance settings it works fine.

On the plus side the colours are super vibrant, I have played God of War, Spiderman and Horizon on this and when compared with both my 1080p TV and 4k (non HDR monitor) the difference is night and day. Colours pop out, scnes look vibrant, I did not see any major lag issues (but I am not a nitpicker when it comes to display lag due to the type of games I play). Red Dead looked really bad in HDR but apparently that was a known issue and I turned HDR off, 4k looks great.

HDR content on Netflix looks amazing, All the Marvel series look darker than non HDR version but apparently that's an intention of the way these were shot, 4k content looks absolutely stunning and viewing angles are good too, although most of my experience is from sitting in front of the TV from 8-10 ft.

My 2 cents, you will not get a better TV in this price range, spend more and you will get a better panel but for PS4 use, HDR content viewing this is a great TV for the price.

Feel free to ask any Questions.

I am using 55inch variant. Software is ok at my end. U can clear background applications not in used by holding home button. Chromecast is working A1. I mostly use it to cast videos from mobile. Also other android apps are working fine like popcorn time etc. Backlight bleeding is the issue which annoys me sometimes specially in dark environment. HDR in some cases is very good. On some titles it seems dull and washed out. Overall u r right that u can't get better tv in this range. Can u share advanced settings.

well the prices of chinese are decent u might get a 65inch for 90k , 4k with hdr 10 , budget is tight why not go for 40 inch / 55 inch tcl c2 .

check this out

https://www.tclpakistan.com/uhd-tv/40-p62-uhd-tv.html

4k in a very good price and local warranty , u wont get warranty with china copy , though u might get a 50 / 55 inch for the same money .

if budget is tight then TCL is good to go .

Have you checked out the Hisense U7A?

I have it, but I have nothing to compare it to as its my first LED experience. The UI is decent, though laggy at times. TV looks good to me. Struggles with 4K HEVC off local network and USB (at least with 2.0). It can play some 4K HDR formats really well but struggles with several audio codecs, so you get picture but no audio.

Netflix works perfectly, including 4K. I'm impressed by the picture quality (given the price-point).

If you're looking to get it, do check it out in person. Non-professional reviews are very subjective.

Hi - I am looking to buy a 55 inch QLED/OLED for my ps4 pro.

Main uses would be gaming & netflix.

My initial choice was OLED55B8 - However after a quick scan of the market I realized that is not available anywhere. The only model available is C6.
GoldenHawk - I saw that you answered queries regarding C7 and B7 - Do u have any idea regarding B8?

The 2018 OLED line aren't available here in Pakistan Yet, with customs on lock down and the $ at all time High doubt will get one here any time soon, Now the best option IMO is just to get the B7 its available locally.

I bought 2 earlier in 2018 for 175k each Since the B8 only has black frame insertion as a new feature the rest is the same between the B7-B8 I would recommend you go for the B7.

Ah makes sense, will you be kind enough to refer me to the place from where you acquired them at that cost? GoldenHawk

And since you made a second purchase, I am guessing your experience with the first one was awesome. Right?

don't you guys think that tcl c6 should be much better in terms of backlight bleeding as its using direct lit technology for illuminating/lighting the tv
backlight bleeding on edge lit tech tv's is expected but it should be much less with direct lit tech tv's like c6 plus you guys have 49inches size which is much less then 55 and bleeding increases with size
my mu7000 bleeding is minimal and is hardly observable that too in just dark scenes on bottom right corner
i think every 1 should check the tv for bleeding and buy the 1 with minial backlight bleeding
tcl c6 max brightness in nits as per tcl website is 450 nits which is more or less same as samsung mu7000 but i think still c6 colors are not as vibrant and bright as mu7000 i think that's the reason c6 is cheap
i have to buy two tv's one in 43 inches for my friend and one in 65inches for my living room
i am considering c6 for my living room in 65 inch variant
has anybody made a review here on pakgamers on any forum?
does any body know any real difference between nu7100 and mu7000 samsung i have noticed some design changes in nu7100 but specs wise its 100% same?correct me some 1 if i am wrong
what is the current price of mu7000 and nu7100 43inches variant with 1 year samsung local warranty?
