Yes. Ping have improved in morning and afternoon but at evening even though if i have 200-250 ping, I lag like hell and can't land any skills. So i don't play in evening at all.
This normally happens when you have opened the store and your net DCs due to some reason. Then the store won't open until you reconnect the client.
