Yes. Ping have improved in morning and afternoon but at evening even though if i have 200-250 ping, I lag like hell and can't land any skills. So i don't play in evening at all.
This normally happens when you have opened the store and your net DCs due to some reason. Then the store won't open until you reconnect the client.

the pings on EUW range from 160-250 depending on ur internet connection. I have even seen pings as low as 140 but very rarely.

gather your friends and make a team , play in a team and nothing will be boring , if you are talking about random team members in queue then ofc you will be f***ed hard due the gameplays of other players
