I have a custom made PC (not assembled by me) with the motherboard Intel DH87MC, 4 GB RAM Windows 7. It was restarting again and again randomly firstly it was during normal running of windows then this became shorter and shorter and then it started shutting down and rebooting after 9-10 seconds. Here are the steps I tried:

  1. Changed RAM and its sockets
  2. Checked PSU
  3. Checked if processor is maybe overheating, pasted fresh layer of thermal grease
  4. detached all auxiliaries e.g. keyboard, mouse, HDD, DVD-R/W
  5. removed CMOS battery for 10 or more seconds
  6. changing position of BIOS jumper and pressing power button for 30 seconds
nothing worked and the new development is that it now starts for only 2 seconds and give a single loud beep. I have checked all beeping codes information available on internet but nothing relates to it.
As a reference, here is attached a 8 second video of the error, please take some time to watch it, any help or suggestion is really appreciated.

Shukriya

It was because you've change the font color or maybe something else. Anyway, I made it visible. However, I still do not see any video link in your post. Try to insert video URL inside "Insert Video" codes, located on the menu bar.

Coming back to topic, the beeping sound is mostly due to RAM being faulty or DIMM slot. If you have multiple ram sticks then try to start PC with single stick, in addition with changing slots from A1 to B2 one by one.

Check your mobo's site for details. Most Mobo's provide a list of Beep Codes. In the case of mine 3 short beeps mean RAM's faulty. I don't remember about 1 large beep though. Also try the breadboarding technique.

Disconnect everything just have your mobo in your hands and the power supply connection. Start and see if there's a beep. Then start adding components. When there's a beep it means the newest added component is faulty. You can find more details about breadboarding on the net.

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
