300 rs is transactions charges if you are using standard and last time I withdrew money I was given 92 per dollar.
But the dollar rate is above 100 i think so why you got 92??

Do NOT use Standard Chartered (shitheads ate two hundred rupees on ATM errors and deactivated my card) and Neither Faysal bank for it gave the infamous Host Error and ate a hundred rupees again.
USE the SAMBA BANK
i used SAMBA and they only deducted ~315 fees and gave out the rest.
and by the way of 92 exchange rate payoneer actually deducts it's own service fee.
all in all i didn't like this payoneer card crap system. If you ever get the opportunity to get it via Western Union etc it is 100 times better.
last time a client in the US sent me 200 Dollars via WU. I got it instantly via JS Bank in cash 19910. Only 90 Rs deducted. Now that's what i call service.

you are charged 3$ per transaction. if you count that out these days you should get $ rate around 98rs. i would suggest to withdraw once you have more than 210$ because this way you can withdraw maximum amount in one transaction with 3$ fee.
with 100$ i would say you can withdraw 9000. you can try 9500 as well. but will be risky you will loose a 1$ if amount is not sufficient.
finally best bank is indeed Samba Bank but recently i am getting equal rates on Bank Alfalah and Samba bank. so these both will do fine.
Standard Chartered charges extra 200.
MCB used to work fine, but now they have imposed a limit on Payoneer card, you cant withdraw more than 10k in a day.
apart from these 4 banks. no other bank works i have tried them all

actually i have account on freelancer and i got my first client few days back and he refuses to pay through any other source he said i will pay only through freelancer.com so i said ok and now freelancer.com doesnt have any other option..
Indeed that's the main problem. No other viable option available when extracting directly from freelancer.

Well brother with me,, MCB was working fine. 200rs trx fees, and good exchange rate,,
but now MCB not allowing. and limited to 10k withdraw per day.. that suck.. so i moved to SCB(standard charted bank); 300trx.. no issue at all. who care the exchange rate..(state bank already decided and providing as per notice ) so might be hidden charges or extra fees while withdraw..);
Faysal bank suck.. many time my card stuck into atm. and spent hours to get it back(sorry just did wait 10 to 20mint :yay

for if you are form LAHORE = SCB citibank and HSCB or any atm that has mastercard logo appear on atm will work,, i recommend SCB if you dont want to be in stress, its very bistii wala mokaam when your card dont work and people around shouting at you(bhai hamain b try karny do); DESI people DESI style..
SCB is one of few banks which supports payoneer card and I have 100% successful withdrew from them, others like Faysal Bank are not reliable.
Yap you will not get full 103 per dollar, I have few dollars in my card will withdraw from SCB in couple of days.

I have 76$ in freelance and i have just received my card please tell me what is the step of withdrawl?
I mean if i got 76$ in my payoneer account i read that they deduct 24.99$ card activation fees
And after all the transaction charges how much will i get in PKR
I withdrew 10k last month and 106.88 was deducted from my account so 10000/106.88= 93 per dollar.
Word of advice dont use western union or Moneygram , they charge 50-54usd for their services even if you request for a 60usd withdraw, they will still charge you 50-54usd.
Payooner mastercard atm withdraw charges:
SCB charges 300 more.
MCB limit 10k withdraw each transaction only.
I personally use Al-falah you can withdraw 2lacs in 48hours with a limit of 20k each transaction.
if you withdraw 10k or less all the charges which includes (payoneer , the bank and money exchange) will b between 4-5usd.
if you withdraw more than 10k for example 15k or 20k it will charge you 6usd.
