Has anyone had any experience with this site? They offer e-currency exchanges e.g, Paypal to Payza etc. After going through their TOS, the whole thing kinda seems suspicious to me but they claim to be in business since 2009 so just wondering if anyone here has had any prior experience with them. I'm pasting a few sections of the TOS. What do you guys think?
