Pathetic Before Sales Service by AU Technologies

So stores in our beloved country offer home deliveries. But I am curious if all the stores are doing like this? I ordered a wireless product worth around 1500 PKR on 17th June 2014 at AU Technologies, the first day I heard the situation in city is not fine so we might not be able to deliver today we ensure you will receive it tomorrow and tomorrow has passed too and the so called account manager is not picking the call although he should have been calling me to clarify the situation.

Are all the stores dealing in this way? Or we should stop putting faith in so called home delivery within the city.

We are living in Pakistan and like in all Advance countries where priority is always been given to customers is unfortunately not happening here.........so we have to bear it till some miracle.

The OP's main complaint was not that the product was not delivered but rather, irresponsible attitude.

But this is normal here, and when we get the product on time and the way we were told, that is an unusual event. I do use these services by a few retailers but only for products that I don't need immediately and for products that are hard to get faulty.
