Last gen, we saw genre defining titles like Gears of War. Why do you think there's been lackluster launch titles this gen? Would you say the next-gen consoles came out too soon?

Genre defining titles like Gears of War didn't come out until a year and half after 360 release. We are getting titles like TitanFall, The Order: 1886, the next Uncharted soon enough. There are still some upcoming titles that remain a secret. I am sure new IPs will crop up soon, definitely, from Sony.

Regarding TitanFall, there is plenty of leaked footage + pics going around. Do you guys think it is going to revolutionize the online FPS genre(Based on the footage and impressions)?

Gaming related question: What are your opinions about Steam Machine? Do you think it will be a hit or a miss? What kind of impact will it have on the gaming community and on the big three?

Question 1: Thoughts & insights on the Occulus Rift. How do you think it'll revolutionize gaming as you see? Will it make an appearance on the next-gen consoles? Or will it remain exclusive to PC only? What will be Microsoft's & Sony's answer to this tech, and how will they handle it? Will they incorporate it, like other companies are doing, or will they come up with their own iterations for their respective platforms?

Question 2: Judging from how similar the architectures of the 3 are this time around (Xbone, PS4, PC), what effect it will have on PC gaming in general ? Will we finally see developers putting more efforts in their PC ports, or will they switch focus to developing for PC first and porting to consoles later, purely from development perspective ?

1. What would you have to say about SONY's revised policy regarding digital game sharing (one can split cost of a game with a friend on the PS3 but it's a luxury that PS4 owners living miles apart seemingly won't be able to afford anymore)? Don't you feel this has somewhat hurt the average gamer?

2. NaughtyDog has plans of releasing yet another The Last of Us multiplayer DLC after the release of the story-based DLC. With the current state of annoyingly sluggish match-making process (it can take me upto 20 minutes to find players and the infamous 'black screen of death' in the middle of matches makes matters worse), don't you feel it's rather unethical of ND to not focus their attention to fixing the online vows well before another multiplayer DLC is released?

3. Despite my hatred for Far Cry 3, would you agree that the DLC for the game, Blood Dragon, redefines the way DLCs should be done instead of the usual 3 additional maps for $20 or a handful of weapons here and there for $5? I thought the developers went balls-to-the-wall crazy to craft a total conversion of the original game with new assets.

4. Based on the titles released on the next-gen consoles so far, is/are there any title/titles that would be convincing enough, in regards to the next-gen element, to persuade one to buy the next-gen console/s?

5. How much longer do you think the PS3 is going to stick around? How much longer would you WANT it to last?
