I can acknowledge your criticism, since you're an active subscriber who's dissatisfied with the service. Though, you won't be subscribing again, so at least you won't have to suffer for long. Hopefully, xbox game pass works out for you.

These numbers really don't mean much.

Case and point, you have called good old mua a Sony Pony on many-a-occasion. Yet I don't have PS+ either. I just get all my games from a retail store or digitally via sales.

Also worth noting there would be a subset (however small) of people who have multiple PS4's in a household, or upgraded to Pro's, who still have a singular PS+ account, and people also share accounts to play games (you and I know this first hand )
