I hope there's no browser on the Switch successor. Nintendo doesn't know how to make a non-exploitable browser. Even though they took out the one on Switch, the damage had already been done
GoW khelnay ka jis ko itna shauk hai, woh PS console ya PC purchase kar le
The company collaborating with SSM on God of War PC, Jetpack Interactive, has one of its Senior Programmer mention Ragnarok as part of their "current project".
Well duh, this isn't about whether Ragnarok is coming to PC or not, but this could indicate it might be coming sooner than people expect Sony games to be released on PC. Nobody expects Forbidden West PC "in a few months" after the console launch.
Who are these "people"? At this point, nobody should be surprised by even a day and date PC release from Sony. These back ports have a significant delay only because sensible leadership prevailed when they were released and there were no plans of porting 1st party games to PC
I fully expect Horizon FW and GOW Ragnarok to be ported in a relatively smaller time frame
People who theorized that Sony is porting games which they no longer see sales potential from because they are part of PS Plus Collection or something.
You're now suggesting that Ragnarok has a sales potential lasting "a few months" only now?
These are cross-gen games. Any sales potential associated with new hardware i.e. PS5, is already lost because they can be played on PS4 (same goes for GT7), so why not PC as well in a couple of months?
Sony does have to pay the PC storefront cut, but even that should balance out with being able to reach the Chinese and Russian markets on PC
I expect the delay for PS5-only games to be bigger, but who knows. Aik profit maximization company se kuch bhi expect kia ja sakta hai
Wait, PG's "profit" and "NPD charts" driven elitist has an issue with Sony trying to maximize profits?
Which giant corporation, according to this individual, isn't trying to maximize profits? The one that charges $60 for decade old games? Or the one that introduced an "Expansion Pack" (lmao at the dislikes) to their subscription?
I meant maximizing profits through any means necessary, which is what PlayStation is doing. The company comes off as desperate. Nintendo is doing what Nintendo wants, rather than following the trends of lesser competitors
This is the correct way to stay profitable. Sell hardware with decent profit margins, and don't devalue your games by often putting them on sale. Despite Sony's best efforts, Nintendo remains the most profitable console maker today
Imagine thinking Youtube likes/dislikes mean anything in the grand scheme of things. Have we learned nothing from TLOU2/Cyberpunk 2077?
People will upgrade to the Expansion Pack (I know I am) regardless of how they feel about its price, which, btw, is the same amount Sony and MS charge for PS+ and XBL, respectively

CerebralTiger's favorite journalist made a video on him (and fans alike)
God of War is coming to PC, and wouldn't you know it, zealous PlayStation fans are up in arms! They see betrayal, contempt, and even hate, almost as if they put far too much emotional stock in a corporation.
That stake, and the assumption that someone "deserves" exclusivity in return for their loyalty, interests me. Plus it's just funny to see overenthusiastic fans lose their minds.
'You won't have to look very hard to find spicy resentment from overzealous console simps who have spent years going to bat and acting as unpaid PR multibillion dollar companies and have suddenly found out that their loyalty doesn't mean a damn thing. For such people, I hope they take this as a harsh lesson on the reality of capitalism.
Yiiiikes. Perfectly describes someone who thinks Nintendo does what they want out of "respect, values and loyalty" for the people buying their products.
I was kind of optimistic when more and more Switch games seemed to be receiving gyro support and even a few Sony games like Days Gone and TLOU2. But the momentum seems to have died off. Unless I'm wrong and some of the new shooters do include gyro support, but I haven't heard anything about it...

Better find that Steam Controller friend and plan licking his Deck now
I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform. Then they cry that console gaming is dying.
