There is a strange problem going on with PTCL , me and my friend are both from Karachi and we both use PTCL 4 mb DSL, however he lives in Gulistan E Jauhar whereas i Live in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. (merely 5 km away from each other and have different ptcl exchanges).

Now the issue is his Ping to EU West is 133ms and Mine is 240ms. Whereas is my SEA ping is 133 and his ping is 250ms.

Is PTCL routing from different lines? or its something else. Also please share me the email + number etc where i can complain about this.

So i was looking at the dota 2 leaderboards, and there is not a single Pakistan member there.

This would either mean Valve doesn't recognize people playing from Pakistan, or that people from Pakistan don't have such high ratings, which is not plausible considering Anthraxxx is 5k ( i think ) and SK bhai was 5k when the notifications were being sent out

There are other requirements too, quoting from dota2.com
To qualify, a player must have all of the following:

• At least 300 lifetime matchmade games played. (Unranked or ranked PvP matches only.)
• At least 100 lifetime solo ranked games
• At least 15 solo ranked games in the last 21 days in the same division
• Official player info on file

Maybe he didn't fill out the form or doesn't fulfill one of the requirements.

Doesn't work that way, post in the ping issues thread and tag me. I'll reply when I get some free time.

Dont underestimate Titan that much. After all 4 out of 5 players of their squad were part of the Orange team that got 3rd place last year.
