Optix review

Just got our Optix internet installed after a couple of months (yeah xd) but imo it was worth the wait, wouldn't have got it done without the help of Mujtaba Karim and others.
Pretty awesome performance I gotta say
For those who are curious about the speed and ping here u go ..
0%packet loss on overwatch
145-160ms on overwatch eu

Well the funny thing is even if I'm watching a stream at 1080p 60fps on twitch the ping only increase about 10ms. Where as on my zong crappy device it used to go up to 20k ping

I believe pings to EU can be further optimized. I was getting 127ms on stormfiber on overwatch a while back.

I believe pings to EU can be further optimized. I was getting 127ms on stormfiber on overwatch a while back.

Stormfiber has changed upstream from TW to PIE i think and now pings have gone high.

Anyone else having issues with optix ? They used to be the best but now since past one month or so their service has become really pathetic. In TECH Society and in Askari X. Very low bandwidth and frequent cable tv disconnections issue. Now for the past 3 days they are saying they are having issues in Lahore and working to fix it.

what issue were facing in getting ur order and what did u do to resolve it? Did they delay ur order or were they just not coming to ur area? i live in askari 9 and optix is offering services in askari 10 which is just right next to us. Even though optix has permissions for my society, they are not offering their services here which is really annoying.They told me last year that they will b here by august 2017, its almost august 2018 and according to them they will still take 6 months or more to come here. Is there any way i can get them to come here earlier ? stuck with ptcl. cant game properly.

Yes here in phase 6 as well speed is pathetic. I guess they are not buying enough bandwidth and ripping customers. I am getting 3-4 MB on 20MB connection since last one month and they dont give a dam. For speed related issues they dont even send there rep and simply say it shall be resolved in next week and that next week never comes

They are another fiberlink in the making. They dont have money to buy modems and when i got the connection i got one from the black market and these days they dont have money for enough bandwidth to cater to there customers
