Rawalpindi
Anything is better than PTCL but there is not a lot of info in the market regarding Optix's customer service/reliability.

That said, they have done some good work in laying the fibre cables in Askari 13 and 14 of Rawalpindi. Plus their installation costs are one of the lowest in the fibre market, with competitive packages.

I'd say give them a shot if you don't have Transworld or StormFibre in your area.

Ditch PTCL as soon as you can. Optix runs of TW bandwidth I believe, so it should be pretty good.

My uncle had Optix when he lived in Lahore, and he is now missing it because where he lives in Islamabad, he only has the choice of PTCL.

Then again they share bandwidth which means during peak times net will suffer just like wateen etc. Will wait for transworld as they are expanding rapdily in DHA Lahore Phase 3.

Do you by any chance have the number of their salesman?

My opinion is just wait for transworld. PTCL has also started digging in phase 4 and hopefully would start laying fiber optics in phase 3 soon. One more thing are you using 20 mbps VDSL. Do you face high pings on local speedtest servers during night like from 9 pm to 11 pm.

PTCL is also digging in different blocks of Phase 3 as well.
I asked someone from Transworld and he told me that they will start working on phase 3 by the end of this month as their teams are busy currently in Punjab Society.
Pings are unusually high on my VDSL especially after 9pm.

I was facing the same issue on vdsl. But not anymore, may they were testing or something.

Alan wake 2 is yet to recover it's development costs. Due to no physical release and no steam launch.
You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
