Asalamualikum im constantly getting high ping on eu servers from last 3 weeks i contact with 1218 they said everything is fine dont know what prob is what about yours?

no the pc is working fine i tried many network cards but nothing happening.
Undersea cable was damaged IMEWE, they rerouted the traffic for Some of us, facing issues like pings higher, timeouts and packetloss. Lets hope the issue to be solved ASAP
nope bro my issue is not this my latancy was high even before that incident and it didnt change my download speed and pings its still constant.

Which IP range do you currently have? In my case (I'm from Lahore) if I get a 39.x.x.x or 182.185.x.x IP range I get 300+ pings but If I get 182.178.x.x range I get <200ms ping. Try restarting your PTCL modem until your IP range changes and then check pings.

1. Ping your router (and modem if they are separate) and post results
2. Enter your IP here Free online ping test traceroute from multiple locations worldwide and post results. This will tell you your ping to different servers all over the world.
