They are going to preblock a lot of videos,you wont have any problems if you dont go for controversial\adult videos.

YT is no longer the sheltered child it once was, of course you still won't find anything sexually explicit, but tits galore.

I've discovered a neat little trick that works

Open youtube using HTTPS. Now, as you know that videos don't work in that mode, there really is no point. But do the following and they WILL work.

Add this to the video URL after the watch? feature=player_embedded&


Your URL will look something like this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=gQ0pP2z9niw

Play!

Don't they already have a filter type thing. When you click on an adult video it asks you to Sign In and accept some thing.

I tried several videos including the one you posted. Take this video for example /watch?feature=player_embedded&v=gJuGKJaSyVU (I did put https://. I had to cut the link short because PG wouldn't let me post it for some reason.)
