i am not getting this why people getting FPS drops - what you people actually mean here???

FPS drops to 40FPS when there are buildings around and increase when you have an open surrounding - but i dont see any difference in gameplay i just know the FPS drops because of the ATI Tray Tool which shows FPS.

Yarr Fps drops to around 10 while AutoSculpting and around 14~20 from 45-50 during races. randomly.

After this i read on Nfs forums that this game is not optimized well for dual core and u have to manually change te processor afinity from task manager to any 1 core. further more i also renamed the nfs.exe which also reduced the game performance. which i mentioned above.

PPl who are facing frame drops kindly check the below tip (taken from EA Forums by alex )to increase fps

by changing below mentioned registry value from 0->2

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Games\Need for Speed Undercover\g_PerformanceLevel from "0" to "2".

i read that 1st thread you gave link too - the guy says cars falling from the sky hahaha - now that's a funny bug. although one thing my mouse cursor is invisible too.

yea, i also witness car spawnin frm sky, just dropped & start rollin on the road.

My mouse is also invisible it only shows in the GPS + today i got the game freezing issue, during the race or cop chases the game stops to responds and lcd goes to standby state for a min or so then it cames back again don't know what is wrong with the game optimization

Overall game is interesting..
although there are many bugs in it...
still enjoyable...i'm having no issues with Frames or anything...
did anyone ended it?...

Well I also don't have mouse arrow, but I got facing another problem today, which is that my nitrous does not turns off, i thought it could be the problem with my controller button that it is pressed, but it even happens when I unplugged it.

That doesn't means unlimited nitrous, I wanted to say that as soon as I get a little of nitrous it automatically uses it regardless of that I use it myself.

Screen shot of NFS UC - the raod reflection is there the water is there sparks are there sun glow is there just the Anti aliasing which i am not happy with.

The best thing I liked even more then Cop chase was the Highway battle. It has lots of traffic, straight road and one opponent.

This is not a new thing.They gave "Drag" a new name in this episode so a old thing with a new name.

^no drag was i think something different, in that we have to shift gears manually.
bt highway battle is something different. and nyc addition too. why i'm having a feeling that i played these type of races before.

finsihed the game n 12 hourss and 12 minutesas said by the game itself
it also included alot free roam as well


impressions
better than carbon and prostreet
but they could have gone better
the cars are good in this game
handling is unrealistics(as it is in all the games)
cops are now a bit more harder

and thats it
i enjoyed playing it

This is not a new thing.They gave "Drag" a new name in this episode so a old thing with a new name.

have you really played the game????

the concept is some what similar to drag race but its different in drag races you had the transmission manual and the car could only move lane-by-lane as for the highway battles the car is free you could go from far left lane to far right lane just like that. the AI is better car change there lanes they tend to stop or slow down and moreover there is no restriction in terms of transmission.

so it not an old thing i already have an impression what your review will hold for NFS UC.

Although if i remember correct NFS U2 had some what this kind of feature to outrun the other opponent but that was in free roam.

you still want to argue that its an old thing - then by that theory all the racing games are old.you just have to race each other only the names change NFS - GRID or whatever.
