Sasuke is the only character that depicts the natural element of 'cause and effect' in a story and carries with himself, an element of verisimilitude, which you obviously have been unable to grasp thanks to your immature stance on how characterization is supposed to proceed in any story and in conjunction with circumstances.

Things I hate about Naruto:

In the beginning Naruto was a dumb but humorous child, likeable for his naive pluck and moral integrity. Now he's an insufferable, overpowered peacemongering moron who has the plot equivalent Itachi's Susanoo's Yata Mirror. Yeah it's a shonen manga, but it used to be believable. Someone else posted a thread about why they hate Naruto and it covered most of the points I'm going to make here.

Naruto's conquest for peace isn't the product of a moral philosophy grounded in reality and the harsh lessons it imparts, it's the upscaled, mindless bull-charging of a cockblocked zealot. Jiraiya accepted that he could not save his friend Orochimaru, that he had walked down a path that placed him beyond redemption; in other words, he accepted his pain and loss, grew up and got over it. Does this sound familiar? That might as well have been Pain talking, which is why he made such a sympathetic villain and one who I endorsed completely up until the terrible, plot-destroying regression of Nagato's character through the ultimate genjutsu of Naruto's preachings.

Naruto is so bent over failing to save Sasuke that he has turned his unsatiated sphincter outwards into a towering phallus of sanctimony that he proceeds to scream and wave about at every opportunity. Despite Obito's shitty motivations for becoming evil, i.e. wah wah my 10 year old boyfriend killed my 10 year old girlfriend, he at least presents a compelling case for why he's doing what he's doing in the present. It's basically much the same as Pain's philosophy but we have to remember there's only so many prior causes for being evil, either you're just being evil because you ARE a dick, or something bad happened to you and you became a dick. So shouldn't I forgive Naruto for being a dick because other people are dicking him? No, because I don't LIKE his dickishness. He's continually depicted as vastly intellectually inferior to his opponents yet somehow manages to win battles and convince people he's right. I prefer to root for people who are in the wrong for the right reasons than people who are in the right for the wrong reasons.

Speaking of which, let's talk about his fighting style, or as it's otherwise known: kage bunshin and rasengan bait and switch. You can argue that in a real life situation doing something that has worked successfully before means you should do it again, but in this particular manga where fighting styles are heavily analysed in order to give the tactical edge, it's impossible to believe that so little is known about the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki by his enemies that even the LEADER of Akatsuki couldn't have predicted the ways in which he'd fight (and regrettably beat) them. It also makes for a boring, unevolved manga. What will Naruto do in this fight, children? Is it a) Kage Bunshin and Rasengan... b) Rely on someone else to help him, c) Plot no jutsu including one or all of the above. Yes, Naruto has jumped the shark (long before Kisame's death) and now consists of an increasingly watered down rehashed set of jutsu while Kishimoto desperately tries not to think about writing baseball-themed skits. It's so painfully obvious that all of the enemies are basically forced to lose in contrived ways.

Are you freaking kidding me? So what if one kills your entire family just because you would take over something they hold, would you let it go? Would you smile and just walk away? You say Itachi did what saw fit well Sasuke is doing what he sees fit. Sasuke is only acting natural unlike Naruto. You do know that Sasuke summoned the Kage's to know the whole story what happened with Madara and Itachi, before he destroy's the village. The Kage's answer will hold the question whether he will destroy the Leaf or not.

you do realize that a coup involves the overthrow of a leader ONLY and has nothing to do with normal people? if your family has been slaughtered in front of you, and you have the power to do something about it, will you smile back and "get over it"? i hated sasuke as much as you do once, but i did realize one day that if i put myself in sasuke's shoes, i might just do the exact same things he's been doing.... he's probably one of the only real characters in this series... i know people who are exactly like naruto in real life, and those are some of the most insufferable, boring people, i've had the misfortune to know.... Peace for everyone is an illusion.... it's against human nature... as long as there is a conflict in people's ideology, someone's gain will always be someone else's loss... so either you turn everyone into mindless robots and achieve a totalitarianish sort of world peace (what madara is trying to achieve), or just abandon any hopes of achieving it... like it or not, madara's peace is the only peace possible

They were peaceful, I admit Madara wanted power from the 1st but the Second off the way to completely abolish Uchiha. The Hyuuga and many other clans were respected yet the Uchiha's were despised off. The people in the Leaf are just full of shit and hypocrisy. Naruto was despised off in the start but as soon as he beat Nagato, he was the hero of the village? And Sasuke is a criminal for taking down high-profile criminals like Danzo?
Sasuke is truly powerful, do you think without the Kyuubi would Naruto be able to single-handedly beat Sasuke?

Families are slaughtered every day in democracies? Have you ever seen people who are actual victims of genocide or war crimes in African or any war-torn countries? Are you and @sshah just messing with me or are you seriously saying this? Pls let me get this straight,you think the SHINOBI village called "leaf" is a democracy? Im sorry but mind explaining on this? Do the "normal" people elect the hokage after voting? I was under the impression that they were elected/choosen by the votes of a select few as seen when Danzo was elected,but maybe this is just me,who knows.

And kid go and look up some history books,there are literally dozens of incidents like this everywhere and i mean in OUR world,even today things like that happens in underdeveloped countries like there are many in africa for example. Real ninja have no emotions to hinder them.There is nothing called revenge in the nature of a ninja,it is okay for Sasuke to take revenge on those who ordered to kill his parents but its not justifiable for him to kill the entire village people just because they are affiliated with the leaf.In times of war there are casualties,most survivors live their life knowing that their loved ones are dead.

This is what i was trying to convay basically people,shinobi are born to kill,thats their only use,it is their life,its their only job basically,in their world people die by gruesome means everyday,its nothing to Abuses will lead to ban about. As raza said,peace isnt an option,not just for shinobi but for humans in general,take away the jutsu's and they will build guns,take that away,they will start using using rocks,in the end,there will not be peace........unless they get attacked by something other then humans like madara,essentially a zombie

What? Go re-read the manga. Hashirama was selected through voting, not power. This means Konoha is a democracy. Hashirama never beat Madara before their final fight. Both of them led mercenary factions and both of them were undefeated. So I don't know what you are yapping about.

he DID beat madara in the end did he not? And madara was a power hungry killer at that time,he was never a leader,he never cared about unity and all that crap.
