The series that started it all for me. It's incredibly deep and engaging storyline will get you hooked right from day one and it is highly reccomended to those new to anime. It's characters are completely unique and entertaining ti watch, each in their own creepy ways. The gloomy atmosphere fits the story perfectly and the animation is top notch. Overall, this is the closest thing i've seen to a Perfect anime. It has changed my views about anime as bieng little kiddies' cartoons and now i'm completely addicted to anime!

I'm currently watching two animes

1)



Code Geass

This anime has been rated as the best anime of 2007 on many websites. Another reason was that it included Robotech like machines. The story takes place in era where Britania has conquered most of the world and now controls Japan as well. The main character Lelouch is given the power of kings which allows anyone to obey his orders. Its upto him to destroy Britania through his new acquired power and his intelligent strategies in battlefield.

This story movies very fast and you'll not get bored at any time. It is also amazing to see how Lelouch plans each and everything out prefectly though he also fails some times. He must fight bravely in order to overcome an empire which is far stronger than him.

This anime is currently showing season 2. The first season include 24-25 episodes and im expecting season 2 will be about the same length.

Slam Dunk

I personally started it after providing manigamer with links to the anime. Another reason for starting this was that it was based on sports and I really enjoyed Prince of Tennis which is based on Tennis. Therefore, I thought I gave this one a try.Slam Dunk is very well written. Its funny as hell and every character in it is handled very well. The charcter build ups are excellent in this case. I would also like to mention that this anime is based on the popular manga which goes by the same name. The Manga was a big hit during its time and has also been regarded as the best Manga of all times.

Since the anime came out during the late 90s so you might feel the need for some graphical improvements. However, all that can be looked aside since the story sucks you in. I watched the whole anime (101 episodes + 4 movies) in about 1 week. Seriously, it is that good.

The story is about a a badass guy who used to fight in schools. He isnt the favourite among the ladies as well since hes been rejected 50 times already. All that changed when he met the girl of his dreams. This girl has an interest towards basketball and encourages him to play Basketball. In order to win her heart he joins the basketball club. However, another rookie has joined the club who is stealing the spotlight and is causing problems for him. He must play better than this professional rookie in order to win the heart of the girl he loves.

Rating: 9/10

The story opens with the sudden appearance of Rukia Kuchiki in Ichigo Kurosaki's bedroom. She is surprised at his ability to see her, but their resulting conversation is interrupted by the appearance of a "hollow", an evil spirit. After Rukia is severely wounded while trying to protect Ichigo, she intends to transfer half her powers to Ichigo, hoping to give him the opportunity to face the hollow on equal footing. Ichigo unintentionally absorbs almost all her powers instead, allowing him to defeat the hollow with ease.


The next day, Rukia appears in Ichigo's classroom as a transfer student. Much to his surprise, she appears to be a normal human. She theorizes that it was the unusual strength of Ichigo's spirit that caused him to absorb almost all her powers, thus leaving her stranded in the human world. Rukia has transferred herself into a gigai — an artificial human body — while waiting to recover her abilities. In the meantime, Ichigo must take over her job as a Soul Reaper, battling hollows and guiding lost souls to Soul Society.

When I started watching, I was a little disappionted since it wasn't that good in the first season. The fights were simple and the anime appeared a little childish to me. However, near the end of the first season when Rukia is taken away and setenced to death then it became really interesting. The fights in Soul Society against the Captains and Lieutenant are awesome. I would recommend this anime to anyone who is looking for some good sword fighting action.

Depends on your taste. If you like sword fighting then give Bleach a try. It maybe a little slow in the start but it will catch up later on. A must see I would say.

Bleach Season 8 "A new Captain Arrives" is currently being broadcast. You might want to check for new episodes every week. There about 4-5 episodes which have been released up till now.

Hmmm by the way have you watched "Berserk". You might find it good.

it has 7.9 rating on imdb, great anime and it only has 5 episodes so doesnt take long to watch.

The anime is high budge and is available in high quality aswell and the best part is , the main character has the voice of Samuel.l.Jackson

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.

    As per WCCF Tech review, Xbox Series X doesn't even maintain a consistent FPS and sometimes drops into the mid-20fps range. That's unacceptable, tbh.

    Just downloaded my first legit digital PC game on GoG at a discount of $8: Two Point Hospital. The same team behind Theme Hospital Two Point Studios now part of Sega. And I am having more fun than most recent AAA games except of course BG3.
