[SOLVED] Notification flash even after its been read

Hello everyone,
Just wanted to bring under the attention of the programmers this issue, though I doubt it hasn't been reported already.
Whenever I receive a message, a notification flashes just as the page open. It used to go away once I read it but not happening from a couple of days. It keeps flashing whenever the page is reloaded even though already checked.
Requested to please look into the issue.

same here it pops up everytime I open the page but vanishes on refreshing.

it is related to our cache..which we are in middle of solving..thanks for understanding folks
